The Diary
Allows you to record the daily workshop activity. The timeslots are coloured to indicate the periods i.e. "free', 'overbooked', 'no resource available'.
- No restriction on double bookings.
- Book where and when you want.
- Use as a simple 'record' page or for resource management.
- Customer and Vehicle details can be entered from a look-up or free keyed.
- Create / Amend Estimates.
- Assign jobs to Technicians.
- View the resource and diary loading.
- Move bookings around as required by simply dragging and dropping.
- Search for entries by Customer or Vehicle
- Add any additional booking notes required.
- Print Job Cards, diary bookings or technicians schedules.
Diary Loading View
This graphic provides a visual representation of the daily available and booked hours for a range of dates and shows the daily loading. You can also view the actual bookings for any day.
